We are honored to announce Hussein Kassim as our confirmed keynote speaker. A professor at the University of Warwick, Professor Kassim is one of the leading experts on the European Commission.

Professor Hussein Kassim will deliver his keynote lecture in the evening of May 15, 2026, at the University of Victoria, during the conference dinner, offering delegates the opportunity to network. The title of his talk is ‘The Presidentialisation of Commission Leadership: Personalising Power and its Consequences for the EU’
